Hot Stamping Machine Robot Integration
Integration of a Hot Stamping Machine with a Robot requires not only the electrical interface between the Hot Stamping Machine and the Robot but also making the Hot Stamping smart enough to be able to run unattended. Standard Hot Stamping Machines are built to be run by an operator witch can see what is going on with the machine and fix any problem that they see during the process.  When Integrating a Hot Stamp Machine with a Robot we need to make the Hot Stamping Smart Enough to commutate with both the Robot but also the production line attendant. To accomplish this we do the following:
1. Add Light Bar to Machine, Green ready, Yellow Machine needs attention, Red machine is down.
2. Add Robot Interface to Machine
3. Add Supply Air Sensor
4. Add Foil Supply Low Sensor
5. Add Foil Missing Sensor
6. Add Foil Take Up Full Sensor
7. Add Part In Place Sensor
8. Add Print Head Up Sensor
9. Part Vacuum Sensor
10. Electronic Pressure Regulator
11. Menu Driven Part Setup
12. PLC Head Temperature Controller
